The "Old Farmhouse", the "Apartments Wachterhof", the mountain lodge "Alte Mühle" and the mountain lodge "Alpenrose" are situated above Kaltenbach, by the slopes of the ski area Hochzillertal, one of the Tyrol's most popular winter sport centres. The "Stuaredl" lodge on the Stummerberg on the Ziller Valley's sunny side is the starting point for many hiking opportunities!

Our organic farm is located a bit above Kaltenbach in a quiet spot with an unobstructed view of the Zillertal Mountains, away from noise and stress! Everybody will find their ideal place for relaxation here.

Our playground is a popular part of our farm, with its shallow pond by the well - suitable even for the smallest children - and the large trampoline, basketball, darts, table tennis, slackline, swing, and slide! Whether you want to help out at the farm or simply observe - have an unforgettable time at our adventure farm! Our farm animals: cattle, calves (on the pastures in summer), petting zoo with dwarf goats, rabbits, guinea bigs, ducks, dogs, cats, etc.
